2013: My year of photography adventures.

Here we are. The last day of 2013.

For me this has been a year filled with many highlights both personally and professionally and I feel very blessed to have been able to work with very talented suppliers & wonderful clients who let me execute my creative vision day in and day out. This year saw me travel to France, Portugal, USA, Czech Republic and South Africa for styled shoots, lifestyle photography and weddings and hopefully 2014 will bring more of the same. My gorgeous little nephew Anakin turned one this year and I ended off the year with a visit to Durban to spend some time with him & my family. Hubby and I also celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary this year AND I’m very proud to share that he finished writing his very first novel. Very exciting.

I’ve pulled together some of my favourite images from this past year and in doing so realised that I photographed a very wide range of genres this year – all helping me become a better wedding & lifestyle photographer. I have learnt some very valuable lessons and I’m excited about 2014 and the adventures it will bring for AMP, starting with a brand new website in the new year. An enormous thank you to everyone who has commented on the blog this year, supported me and to my clients who have chosen me to photograph the most important events in their lives. You have been amazing.

2013, you have been amazing. 2014, let’s do this!
