This is a just a very small preview of the sweet wedding inspiration story I shot with Belle & Chic and Fueron Felices in October last year. I won’t be sharing the full shoot for a while, but wanted to give you just a small taster for now! The wedding venue was the breath-taking Castell d’Emporda – an exclusive castle hotel in the Emporda, halfway between Barcelona and the French border. Castell d’Emporda is the perfect location for a Mediterranean outdoor wedding celebration and we painted a beautiful picture of what a real wedding could look like beneath the olive trees, overlooking the Spanish countryside.
Inspired by the rich tones of a Mediterranean sunset, paired with olive greens & rustic wood, the colour palette complemented the natural beauty of our Spanish countryside setting perfectly. Our bride wore two gorgeous blush gowns by Santos Costura and hand-tied, unstructured wedding bouquets by Pepe von Strudel added a dreamy Spanish touch to our story.
I will be sharing the full shoot later this year, but for now, I hope you enjoy this delicious Mediterranean love story at Castell d’Emporda. And if you’re getting married in Spain or anywhere else, I love shooting destination weddings, so get in touch!
