Spring has sprung and engagement shoot season is in full swing! I really enjoy doing couple portrait shoots and love the fact that I don’t have to worry about time constraints as us photographers normally do on a wedding day! The shoot is a great opportunity to get to know my couples, while exploring an interesting location together at our own pace.
For Kelly & Olie’s engagement shoot, we met at Winkworth Arboretum just outside of Godalming, where they live. They brought their adorable long haired Dachshund, Bayley along, who (as you’ll see below) pretty much stole the show from the start! We went for a stroll around the arboretum, spent some time around the lake and boathouse and then made our way up the hill where the views of the Surrey Hills are absolutely breath-taking. If you’ve not been to Winkworth Arboretum, it’s perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon stroll.
Kelly & Olie will be tying the knot this coming Saturday at Priston Mill near Bath and I’m really looking forward to the day (and seeing Bayley again) :-)
So relaxed and so much fun here. Great job!
Wow! Those are great!!! You got so much variety and I bet the couple loves their images! Looking forward to your wedding post!
You captured a lovely country atmosphere and relaxed photos, and Bayley is adorable!!
Lovely work as always Anneli and what a cute little dog!
